Croissant French Toast

5 large eggs
2/3 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup orange triple sec (or orange juice)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup melted margarine
dozen day old croissants

Whip the whipping cream with a wire whisk, add egg and whip together. Stir in triple sec, sugar and ground cinnamon. Dip the croissants in melted butter and then in the egg mixture. Fry, flipping only once. Serve immediately.

Hint: Let the egg mixture set in the refrigerator overnight.


Baked Herbed Cheese Eggs

1 tablespoon melted butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon half & half
1 tablespoon grated mild cheddar cheese

Pinch of:
Italian seasonings
parsley
ground Pepper
Parmesan cheese
paprika

Pour melted butter into ramekin dish. Pour in half & half, sprinkle cheese and add the remaining ingredients. Place in a baking dish with 1 inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When done baking, run a knife around edge and drain extra liquid.
