This is a fantastic place to enjoy the culinary delights of Charleston! The atmosphere is fun, yet professional. The food presentation is lovely. I ordered a Petit Filet (8 ozs.) with yummy brussels sprouts and a simple green salad with a yummy dressing, and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc to top it off. The menu is extensive and the service is excellent. Thank you Hall's for a lovely meal!
Amazing Diner at Hall's Chophouse. Sue9832, Trip Advisor
Our party of 3 had filet, dry aged ribeye and flounder. We shared cream corn, a baked potato and collards. For dessert, we shared the bread pudding. We all absolutely loved our food. My filet with the truffle butter was the best! It was a nice gesture for the owner to walk around and welcome you, in fact, each person was so nice and welcoming. The only downside was the amount of noise and the loudness of the music. Still, an amazing dining experience!

I had heard wonderful things about Halls Chophouse but I wasn’t able to secure a reservation before visiting Charleston. Lucky for us the manager of High Cotton, Chop’s sister restaurant got us one. I know why this restaurant is number 1. The service was unbelievable. Our waiter, Alex, made our meal even more enjoyable by his attentiveness to every detail. I will tell my friends who visit to ask for him because of his friendly but professional attitude. Now onto the food. My salad which was simple was delicious. My husband had the Beet Salad and loved it. My lamb chops were so delectable. My husbands filet melted in his mouth. The spinach side was like a party in your mouth. It was so good. Alex recommended the blueberry cheesecake which was another home run. The meal certainly isn’t cheap but worth every cent. The atmosphere was extremely vibrant. If you are visiting Charleston and you want to have a wonderful culinary experience make your reservation early. You will not regret it.
